The purpose of the courses in the First Aid/CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.
The First Aid/CPR/AED program is available in two delivery formats: classroom (instructor-led) and blended learning, featuring online simulation learning followed by an in-person skills session.
This program offers the flexibility of selecting First Aid, CPR and AED courses for adults, children and/or infants to meet your training needs. This course can also be enhanced to include one or more Skill Boosts.

Entire course takes place in-person with one or more instructors using a variety of learning techniques including discussions, videos, peer learning, hands-on skills, and assessments.
Core content is covered online and is self-paced. Students then meet for a hands-on skills session followed by skills assesments.

Meet OSHA Compliance and Workplace Requirements
Upon successful completion of the course, you will earn a certification that satisfies OSHA-mandated job requirements, workplace or other regulatory requirements, and is valid for 2 years.
NOTE: To earn the certification and meet OSHA requirements, students must complete both the online portion and the hands-on skills session for the blended course.
